Same Drives - Renued Capabilities

Keeping the 3 phase AC power, ganged table jack screw and adding new wirelessly controlled Tracker Controller Unit ("TCU") taking over control of movements.  This repower removes all the proprietary SunPower control components (including failure prone inclinometers).

Benefits: 

1. Re-Use 95% of the original system while replacing obsolete controls, 
2. Add in RenuTrak Conversion Station to replace TMAC box, or RenuTrak will provide for a integration plan to re-use the TMAC box,

Keeping the original Slew Drive while replacing the higher current 12vdc motors with lower current 24vdc motors and removing the Dynamic Stabilization dampers and replacing with new "V" dual gas strut stabilizers - 100% of the remaining tracker remains in place while we replace the controls with new wirelessly controlled Tracker Controller Unit ("TCU") taking over control of movements.  Whether it AC, Pony Panel, or even string powered is desired we bring in the right control solution for you.

Keeping the original Slew Drive we can use the original motors, even high current units with configured PWM on the new table controllers.  We can also provide OE replacement Slew Drives, Motors, and alternative motors to slow down the tracker to preserve older systems and help reduce "Table Bind" or BHA / bearing issues.  Majority of the tracker remains in place while we replace the controls with new wirelessly controlled Tracker Controller Unit ("TCU") taking over control of movements.  Whether it AC, Pony Panel, or even string powered is desired we bring in the right control solution for you.

New Tracker Controller Unit ("TCU") matched matched motor, gearbox, or full actuator which removes the various failure points (including original custom control boards and mesh network devices) of the original controller.

1. Allows controls table by table / actuator by actuator without joystick and using online and phone-based apps,
2. Original TCB or ACB control boxes are no longer needed and removed for recycling or to be used as spares at other sites by owner,
3. TCU can be AC powered using the existing "CTAC" cables or ditch the cables if failures are prevalent (rodent damage) and go DC powered by added Pony Panel,
4. Eliminates Pulse Reed sensor of the original First Solar actuators which causes many "non-mechanical" failures,
